To produce best quality component it is necessary to examine various aspects of performance of material properties and measure work environment conditions properly. The institute provides engineering consulting services in engineering materials. Consultancy can be addressed during the product design stage (@ materials selection), or during process improvements, product regulation, or Q.A. examination.

Consulting services include:

• Material selection recommendation - for purposes of determining: Corrosion resistance, thermal conditions, fatigue compatibility.
• Recommendation for appropriate thermal treatment - In order to improve material properties.
• Recommendation on coating - to fit application, or compatibility of or with specifications.
